1. See that enormous hill ?
An observatory lies there. Famous professor Joo works in the observatory.
Now look over there. See one more hill and a tower on this hill ? This tower belongs to lord Y. Ten military factories, five secret airfields, a hundred of undercover agents and three mafia clans are united by his illegal commercial business. But no one can bring a charge against him. Lord Y is insidious. He won’t say a word for nothing. He talks by signs and aculeate glances. His eyes say: “I’m going to eat you!”
Lord Y looks through binoculars sidewards to the observatory, at professor Joo. But professor Joo doesn’t notice that. He is keeping watch over known and unknown flying objects.

One of them is getting closer, slowing down. It is almost hanging in front of the observatory. A small object breaks away from the large one and flies to professor Joo. A stone ? It is compressed soil of the red planet Mars.
Professor’s heart is beating: he just got a message from an alien civilisation. There is water on Mars ! Though it’s in a solid state - but it’s still water, an objective precondition for life ! In case of a disaster Earthmen will be able to find a shelter on Mars. Professor Joo writes a letter to the International Association of the development of life in space: they have to send an expedition to Mars as soon as possible !
But Lord Y is watching him through the binoculars.
And his eyes say: “I’m going to eat you !”

Lord Y presses the button of a signal “come !” in his office. The secretary appears. He looks like a dirty, dishevelled bird.
Lord Y pokes his finger into the window and hits the table with his fist. Dishevelled secretary nods: he doesn’t need any explanations.
Lord Y doesn’t want the earthmen to take over Mars. He wants to make this planet his own. Mars will play the role of a military strategic object. Professor Joo can author a hundred of scientific notes, but he won’t prove anything...

It’s dark night.
Professor Joo is sleeping. The exploration of spanless space fatigued him. He sees a wonderful dream: astronauts land on Mars.
Meantime, a suspicious black car drives up to the observatory.
A person in a black mask gets out of it.
Sneaking, he gets in the porch, does something to the alarm.
Look: he enters the heart of the observatory - professor Joo’s office !
Ferrets on shelves, moves drawers. Finds what he was looking for...
The door of the porch shuts with a bang. The car breaks from the spot, drives down the hill and disappears from the sight.
Professor Joo wakes up. His fantastic dream suddenly ended off. Something unexplainable appeared in his dreams.
An unexplainable nightmare !

Investigator Ultra-Clear arrives to the observatory. (Ultra-Clear is a surname. It reflects the investigator’s main characteristic: he always aims to elucidate the situation, make it extremely clear.)
Ultra-Clear is an experienced investigator. The criminal’s black mask won’t help him.

Ultra-Clear got on the trail of the criminal. Taking possessive group is assaulting the thief’s nest. But the thief is only a pawn in a big game. He passed the artifact to some person with dishevelled hair...
Perhaps, this didn’t go without Lord Y. Ultra-Clear decides to put the cards on the table.
He puts an a bulletproof vest, grabs a portable radio set, a spycam, and heads for the tower. On the entrance he presents his police certificate.
Some dishevelled person (Isn’t that him who the thief gave the artifact to?) leads Ultra-Clear to Lord Y’s office. Lord Y is sitting in an enormous armchair.
- Are you looking for the artifact ? - asks Dishevelled secretary politely. - But we don’t have it.
- You destroyed it ? - Ultra-Clear asks.
- Destroyed? What are you talking about ! How could we ! - Dishevelled secretary demurs tenderly. - And you can’t prove it !
Ultra-Clear touches his gun as if incidentally and leaves the office. Lord Y follows the investigator with his eyes. His eyes say: “I’m going to eat you!”

There is a fuss by the gates. A van drove up. Weird sounds are heard from the van. Workers unload some boxes. Or cages ? There are… monkeys in there ! Why are they delivering monkeys into the tower ?
What’s that ? Garbage bags. Inside them there are bones, similar to human.
What does it mean ? Ultra-Clear inconspicuously takes one bag with him. He is going to bring it to the laboratory of criminal investigation.
Lord Y won’t be able to play over the police.

After two days the news announce that Lord Y and his secretary are under arrest. It’s impossible to prove that Lord Y sells weapons. It’s impossible to prove that Dishevelled secretary destroyed a space artifact. But they have set up an illegal harvesting of monkeys. What does Lord Y need so many monkeys for ? investigators are working on different versions.
Maybe, Lord Y is not only a weapon dealer.
