About How Traditions are Important
In the last 200 years kings had fried eggs and tea with sugar for breakfast.
- Today I want orange juice! - once said the king.
Everyone was surprised. The cook frowned, but the king got his juice.
- So what’s interesting today?
- A meeting with an ambassador from another kingdom.
- And you call that interesting? - asked the king twitching his shoulder and spilling the juice.
Right on the rat that was passing by.
The cat was waiting for the rat near the door.
The rat smelled like an orange.
The cat meowed and jumped right out of a window.
Right onto the dog who started barking.
Right at the horse of the ambassador.
The terrified horse started galloping.
The ambassador fell and forgot why he came. He sat on his horse and came home not going to the meeting.
And the next door king called a war.
And that’s why traditions are important.
