The Grocery Store Catastrophe
One time, me and granny went to the grocery store. I, large and brave, stroll in front of granny. There are so many food aisles! Fruit, different pickles and cucumbers, cookies, candy, eggs, and salami! Suddenly, I look around and granny is gone!
“Granny! I’m here!” I scream so loud I almost lose my hearing. But I keep running instead of not moving and standing in place.
“Granny, I’m here!” I yell even louder, and run even faster.
“Granny! I! AM! HERE!!!” I scream one last time and stop, as my body lurches forward. Then, I see granny finally running up to me, huffing and puffing. She finally reaches me and exclaims that she has been chasing me for a long time, she just couldn’t keep up because she was so slow. And I am much larger and my swift legs can run faster.
