Porridge “Nick”
To make a real “Hercules” you need a tablespoon of oats and then you add 120g (6.5 tablespoons) of coconut or any other shreds. Powdered sugar (or any other powder) - for taste. You need to mix all the Ingr-ingre-ing-re-die-nts in a cup, tip it all out in boiling water and cook for ten minutes.
This porridge was named after-Hercules. After 3 bowls of this porridge, he could beat a Nemean lion.
‘Well?’ asked dad
‘Good thing!’ nodded Nick. ‘Put some more.’
‘Right’, said dad. 'Athletes eat this every day’. ‘And soldiers’. ‘And in traveling when you carry gigantic backpacks…’
‘Wait, dad, wait I need to concentrate.’ ‘I think I could do three pull-ups.’
Nick walked up to a pole and did nearly three pull-ups.
‘Strong’ nodded Dad.
‘Yes’ agreed Nick. ‘I have never done three pull-ups in my life.’ ‘Put some more’.
Nick ate another bowl of the “Hercules”, walked up to a pole and did nearly 100 pull-ups.
‘More’ said Nick.
After 4 hours Nick was nearly doing 1000 pull-ups. He could swing on the pole for the whole day.
They gave the porridge a new name. Now it’s called the “Nick”.
In the school museum, they put a statue of Nick (a plaster copy).

Неплохо, но слишком дословный перевод.
