Lady Bugs

-Musya, what is your favourite animal?
-A ladybug, of course! Can’t you see?
Of course, I can see! Musya even has ladybugs on her swimsuit, twelve of them. Musya arrived with her mother and father at the sea, and started teaching her ladybugs how to swim. At first they were a little afraid of the waves, and they couldn’t do it. But then they learned how to swim, all twelve of the ladybugs. In a week they were impossible to drag out of the water by their ears, and with them Musya.
But then came the time to leave. Musya was gathering her things into her suitcase, and, all of the sudden, she discovered that the ladybugs were gone! All twelve! Her swimsuit was in place, but the ladybugs had disappeared.
-Oh,- said Mother,- Is it possible that I washed it so unluckily?! But Musya had her own version. That’s why she didn’t even cry.
They sat for a long time in the airport; the plane was late. Musya pressed her nose against the glass and saw why. Through the airport crawled a tiny red snake, and all the airplanes gave way to it. The snake moved a little closer, and all of the sudden you could see that twelve ladybugs were crawling one after another. They crossed the flying field in a serious way and were catching up to Musya’s family who were already on the air stairs. Musya unzipped the zipper on her suitcase and the ladybugs slipped inside.
It goes without saying that at home all twelve ladybugs were in place, on Musya’s swimsuit. But they looked a little guilty. They just really wanted to swim in the sea for the last time, and they nearly missed the plane. -Fine,-sighed Musya,-Thats okay. I’ll have to take you to the pool!
